:-P No there are similar Mario and Luigi things out there, most notably that video that got passed around a few years ago where Mario lives in Brooklyn with the princess and is addicted to mushrooms, while Luigi won't return his calls anymore because he's a jerk.

BUT - it is different in many ways (most notably being a cartoon), so I can't say you really ripped of anything except maybe a concept, but if this is going to be a series, I will wait for at least 3 episodes before I pass judgment. Just try to keep something in mind: it's OK to do skits that are similar to what people have done before (i.e. this Mario "where are they now" kinda thing.) Just make sure you put your own twist on it. Write your script, then FIND those similar videos, see what they did, and modify your script if you need to.

Again, you didn't copy here, but I have a feeling you came close while trying not to, and that IS going to draw fire from people who have never had to try to write around something like a prior work before (damn haters). I can't wait to see more!

Im glad you like it, and yeah there's probably going to be a few more of these before I do anything else, so keep watching :)

This was poor.

you need to work more on having more than one joke per movie. "I'm Christian" caught me off guard and I laughed a little, but other than that, it wasn't that good. This series could go much further than this, the animation is pretty good, considering all your doing is outlining pics and tweening them.

Oh, and please buy a real microphone. When you try to be loud and it's all distorted, that really sucks. Hard. And probably keeps anyone from laughing, funny or not.

See, this is not offensive because:

It's PARODY. That means it's making fun of things. Like Green Day making fun of Americans. The whole point is that the song shows how ridiculous it would be for anyone else, the humor being that there is a song about America like that and that's ridiculous.

So someone animated it for Newgrounds, and you blam them because you're from Canada? Maybe you should be from the bottom of the goddamn ocean. I give him a 4.

Nice work. I can tell you're kinda a beginner at Flash, but it's better than 99% of the turds that steam there way through this portal everyday. Keep working at it!

lol yea the whole boston thing was bunk, but the true inspiration came when I was listening to rage using the 'pacemaker' plugin for winamp and found out that zach de la rocha sounds so much like err compared to any other lyracist when upped a few octaves.

DISCLAIMERr: You would have to be a complete moron to try this. Don't.

For all you pyros: I would not recommend throwing ANY sealed containers of flamable materials into a fire unless you can get damn far away quickly and you can be ready to extinguish something at least 10 times bigger than you anticipate. Here is a safer trick, especially in an open field:

Pour gas into an open glass bottle and cafeully (using sticks, tongs, whatever) place it upright in the fire, so it does not spill, and get back as fast as you can. The gasoline will boil and turn to pressurized steam which effectively makes a 20 foot high flamethrower. You will, however, notice when this is safe to approach because the bottle eventually cracks from the heat and the gasoline spills all at once into the fire, ending the drama with a big "poof", fireball style. Shrapnel isn't really a problem unless the bottle somehow becames sealed.

[Nuggets Ep6 - Hey, Baby]

Simply amazing

This is one series that rides heavily on the audio and the writing...

... For that, I love it! It's one of the best series on Newgrounds, and my new personal favorate! it is especially wonderful because it doesn't need elaborate animation to be awsome, even though the scenery is hillarious and well thought out, and the scenes and angles are awsome!

Keep making this series. Forever. More people need to get in on this, it is a Flash legend just waiting to boil over!

Very nice!

That was very well drawn and thought out, some effort truly went into this.

That being said, I thought the voice acting was a bit cheesy and the dialogue could use some touching up as well. If it was longer, that would have been quite nice, but in the short amount of time the movie ran, there wasn't much time for character introductions or depth/background. Perhaps that's just the limitations of Flash for you.

The music was excellent though, and the characters where well drawn and moved nicely. Overall, I really enjoyed it.

If it was longer?? I wish! but the file size limit is 5mb/under. So if you wanna blame someone, well hehehe, don't blame me :). But dude, I thought that 10 minutes was enuff, when you compare it to the other flashes on this website, and with quality too. I am glad you loved the music, www.djredlight.com if you wanna get his songs, but its under construction now, so I'd wait a while. Thanks for the review!

Very well done indeed! Althought one thing: If you're goingto disable the Flash right-click menu, please have an option to run at a different quality setting, because this really bogged down my computer at some parts.
