[Atomic Discoman 3000!]

Nice 1st Submission!

Only thing is that Atomic Discoman seems to listen to japaneese happy hardcore, not disco at all.

BUT it fit the theme much better and the title still sounds better than "Atomic Happyhardcoreman 3000"

Good idea

...but poor execution. Make your frame rate high and tween the frames, it doesn't increase Flash's file size. Dont' put the Newgrounds logo on a white background, no one can see the loading bar. Perhaps get sprites of game text and animate out actual speech boxes instead of yellow text typed in with Flash. Stop your audio event at the end of the movie or stream the audio (better because it keeps it in sync), because when I replay the movie, i can hear the song twice and it's annoying.

I enjoyed the plot, however, and the characters where unfamiliar to me but where indeed pretty stereotypical looking of an RPG.

...but perhaps you might want to think about making the action a little bigger on the screen.

Perhaps scroll your scenery around, even.

It's really hard to see most of the movie on a 19" monitor...esp when you're frunk at 6AM ;-)

Clerks is nothing like this except it's in a store and it's black and white. OMFG, blatant rip-off (not).

I enjoyed this, although a little more plot coherency and character development might make for a better toon, hell maybe even a series. Possibly some better designed backgrounds, I couldnt' always tell what I was looking at.

I liked the characters themselves though. the silly eurotrash guy trying to buy "super fuckin' donkey balls 2" or whatever, I LOL'd at that! Nice use of color as well, to accent things here or there amongst all teh black and white. the sound was phenominal, and the jokes where good when they didnt' seem like they where inside jokes that I wouldn't understand.

I believe you have a good basis for a series here, with a little polishing. You should go for it!

This is such a good series

I'm fromteh US and I don't watch football, so half the time I don't get the jokes, but it's funny anyways ;-)

I gave you a 6 for sound because while the theme music is nice and loud the voiceovers are usually way too quiet and then when it ends the music is blasting because I had to turn the volume all the way up. The voices are awsome, however! More more more!

It's one of my fav games too, and this was an awsome, awsome movie!

I want to see more

This was funny, but.. scene limit? You dont' need to make a new scene everytime the backgroudn changes you know, just make a new keyframe with a new background on your lowest layer. That way, you can go all the way to the end of each scene as far as frames go and get the most out of the movie. Think about how long Arfenhouse 2 is: that has way more "scenes" but i doubt they actually made a new Flash scene for each actual scene.

Keep it up, this was pretty funny though!

The sound keptgoing out of sync, I used it as a techneque to put it back in sync. To be homnest I dunno what causes it to freeze but this seems the most logical explaination.
